Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept Exchanges on non-custom goods:

Contact us within three (3) days of delivery. You can email us or find our contact info on our Contact Page.

Ship items back within seven (7) days after receiving exchange confirmation from us. Please do not ship items back until you have contacted us. Items must be unused, and returned to us in like-new condition. Please take extra care in packaging returned items. If items are received damaged, missing parts or defective, we will not issue an exchange on the full purchase price. We will deduct whatever damage costs are accrued from the original purchase price. Customers who return qualified items, will receive in-store credit towards another good or service. We do NOT offer monetary refunds on exchanged/returned items.

We don't accept cancellations after 24 hours after purchase:

We typically begin building each order within 24-hours of purchase, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

Because of the nature and character of our items, we do NOT offer refunds unless we incorrectly represented a product. Please look at the pictures carefully and contact us before any purchase is made to clarify the condition of the item or anything else concerning the sale of that item. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.

If an item is returned to us due to an inaccurate ship-to address, it is the financial responsibility of you, the customer, to purchase a second shipping label. We will create a custom listing for a second shipping label and message you the link. After the return-shipping label is purchased, we will re-ship the item to a different address of your choosing. We do not ship lost or stolen orders to the same original ship-to address. Gray Skunk, Inc. will ship your order to the address you provided to us at checkout and we do not authenticate it's validity or accuracy.

At our discretion, we will allow exchanges for in-store credit to be used within 90 days from the date of the original purchase. Exchanges might incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price and we do not offer free shipping on replacement exchange orders. A shipping fee to cover the cost of the replacement order will be added to the sign total. Shipping methods vary based on location, cost and availability and is performed using either USPS Priority mail, USPS First Class mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.

Shipping

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

The majority of shipping is done via USPS Parcel Post (4-7 Days in Transit) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Shipping can be upgraded to USPS Express Mail (Usually overnight, but sometimes 2 Days in Transit) for additional fees.

For heavy or oversized, large custom orders, we ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (3-5 Days in Transit). Insurance is not always included in all shipping prices. Please convo us beforehand if there is any question. We almost always specify in the listing information regarding whether or not shipping insurance is included. If insurance is not included in the listing and you would like it added, it is the responsibility of the customer (you) to convo us prior to purchasing to discuss this option. If a package is returned to Gray Skunk Inc. due to inaccuracies of the ship-to address, it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase a return label.

We also us XPO Logistics and FedEx Freight for large and heavy packages. Some arrangements may need to be made regarding arrival, accessibility, loading docks, etc. It is up to you, the customer to make any necessary arrangements for these large packages to arrive at your destination. Any package requiring LTL freight cannot be shipped to a residential address and must be shipped to a commercial address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

At our discretion we will ship to Canada and Mexico. Due to international shipping issues we have experienced in the past, we are not shipping to other countries at this time. It is the responsibility of all buyers to pay any necessary import and VAT taxes. These are fees are implemented by your country on many imported items. If your post office imposes any additional fee it is up to you, the buyer to pay these associated fees. Gray Skunk LLC is not liable for any additional custom or import fees and will NOT reimburse any buyers for these fees. This includes VAT duties and import fees to the EU, Canada, Australia and any other foreign country.

INSURANCE CLAIMS:

We do our absolute best to make sure your product is packaged and shipped properly so that it arrives in the condition that it left our shop. If any damage occurs to your item during transit, keep all packaging materials, photograph any damage and contact us immediately. If any packaging is discarded and proper documentation is not recorded, Gray Skunk Inc. will not be liable for any damages or insurance claim processing. You will be asked for this documentation from the insurance company along with filling out an affidavit describing the loss.
